		<description>I work at First Horizon Bank.  I have really enjoyed this new health and fitness program a lot.  What I have done that has helped me is getting up with the sun in the mornings and just walking/running in the breeze.  I love to workout with a training tool dvd called Taebo!  I have lost 18lbs!!!  With eating right and exercising, you can get the results you want and look great!   Thank you Theresa Romano</description>
